Dear Parents/Guardians,
At the beginning of every school year there are various forms that the school sites and the district are required to share with families and pages that need to be returned with your signature. By completing and returning these forms you help us to update our student data and keep our district eligible to receive funding to support our programs at Delhi schools.
This year your student will be bringing home the signature pages for The Parent Informational Handbook and Annual Rights Notifications 22-23 and a Household Income Data Verification form from the Food Service Department. We ask that you take a view minutes to view the handbooks online via the school website, Aeries Parent Portal, or here on parentsquare. You may request a hardcopy of the handbooks from the school site office. The food service form is also available online, via Aeries Portal Portal, Titan, and on parentsquare. Completion of this form from all families is very important.
The forms we ask for each family to return are:
- The Family Compact & Acknowledgment of Parent or Guardian of Annual Rights Notification 22-23
- The Household Income Data Verification form from the Food Service Department (available to complete online)

Al comienzo de cada año escolar, hay varios formularios que las escuelas y el distrito deben compartir con las familias y páginas que deben devolverse con su firma. Al completar y devolver estos formularios, nos ayuda a actualizar los datos de nuestros estudiantes y mantener nuestro distrito elegible para recibir fondos para apoyar nuestros programas en las escuelas de Delhi.
Este año, su estudiante traerá a casa las páginas de firmas del manual informativo para padres y las notificaciones anuales de derechos 22-23 y un formulario de verificación de datos de ingresos familiares del departamento de servicios de alimentos. Le pedimos que tome un minuto para ver los manuales en línea a través del sitio web de la escuela, el Portal para padres Aeries o aquí en parentsquare. Puede solicitar una copia impresa de los manuales en la oficina de la escuela. El formulario de servicio de alimentos también está disponible en línea, a través de Aeries Portal Portal, Titan y en parentsquare. Es muy importante que todas las familias completen este formulario.
